A board evaluation is only as good as the process behind it. In one half-day session, participants work through every stage of a credible evaluation, drawing on experience of more than 150 board evaluations.
Plan and scope
Deciding what to evaluate, when, and how to set it up with the Chairperson.
Design the questionnaires
Questions that reflect King V, your founding documents and applicable legislation.
Run interviews
Conducting confidential interviews that add the context numbers cannot.
Analyse and report
Turning responses into clear, anonymised findings and recommendations.
Present the results
Taking the Chairperson and board through the findings, including sensitive ones.
Format
A half-day workshop, online or in person, with practical templates participants can use straight away. Available as a public session or in-house for a board secretariat or a group of entities. We share a training outline upfront, and hold a check-in with the company secretary within a month of the training.
